The 500 Series reels have always been the most popular
and versatile reels for fresh & light saltwater use. 500C5
will handle up to 10kg (20lb) line and control a Snapper with
its multi-plate clutch. 500BC & BCXL are ideal for lighter
fishing using up to 4.5kg (9lb) line.
