I don't know if you guys have ever tried Makos, but I wouldn't wear anything other than Mako Warriors - the lenses are far more scratch resistant than any other that I have tried, brown lenses for all light conditions, awesome polarisation, and above all they fit my head (maybe head is a bit wonky) better than any other pair of sunnies that I have tried.
Yep got the mako warriors in the bronze aswell, they have top quality glass lenses. Cost me $180 5 years ago and only have one little nick in them from mowing the lawn . cheers Isaac
I still stick with cheap polaroid glasses. I lose glasses like anything, 2 or 3 pair per year, losing $30>$40 glasses hurts a lot less than $140 Dark /grey/ green lens works for me.
I now use soft contacts after being told I could never wear them. John Mountford optometrist in the T& G building Queen St Brisbane fitted them for me and was just amazing! like I said a string of optometrists had told me I could never wear contacts. I can leave them in for a week at a time, Normal people should be able to leave them in for up to a month. Brilliant for using cameras with one eye is a reading lens the other a distance lens for cameras and driving etc so no changing glasses to tie knots etc.
Dug,
I found that I lost glasses a lot before I got my first set of good ones - fork out those hard earned dollars and you will soon start to remember where they are and look after them better.
