    Carrying lrger lures in boats

How does everyone carry there larger lures in their boats. I've got some large lures for chasing Spaniards and so forth, but haven't worked out yet how to carry them. I would prefer not to put them into a lure box, just something else to find a home for.
I've thought about zip tying a piece of foam, or koolite (spelling) to something and hooking them into it for the trips.
Also, how do you attach your lures to the line, I'm not a big lover of the lure swivels, I tend to tie the lure straight onto the leader, or crimp it onto the trace.

There are some great lure wraps available for the purpose, the one I'm thinking of is made of a strong shademesh type material with seperate compartments and velcro closure. The whole thing rolls up and straps shut. The mesh material allows your lures to dry quickly, and it can be hung up for easy lure selection.

They are not a bad idea

Tony, thanks mate, have you got these in your shop? How much and how many lures do they hold.

I just hang 'em around the inside lip of my bucket but then I don't have to cross any surf break/bars where I live
Any fishing is good fishing (should probably say Any fishing is...probably going to be illegal soon)

    Hi Corry,
These seem to be accepted as good lure bags http://www.hendersonaustralia.com/ and local made to boot!! They are the style that Tony was referring to with the mesh outside
