the skirts i have been making have all been a 1 hook rigs
now i am looking at making a couple of 2 hook rigs so my question is does the 2nd hook have to be directly below the first or can it be offset ?
i was going to let the lower hook move freely on the wire trace will this increase the chance of fowlups i haven't used any heat shrink plastic before, should I get some for a 2 hook rig?
couple things the wire between the hooks as its said in there should be semi rigid 7 by 7, thats about 285- 400lb, i dont shrink the rear hooks and its rarely a problem on all but the smallest lures,

last time i was in the tackle shop i asked him about the loose collar (I don't think I discribed it that well)and he just looked at me witha strange look ??? and told me to heat shrink it but now i will print that page off and take it with me next time
