Looking at either buying or making a few crab pots,would probably prefer the collapsabile style to save room in the boat,anyone got any advice or reccomendations for either home made collapsible or purchased collapsible.

They are great pots but pretty expensive. With all of the pot theiving going on in SE QLD the other option is to grab some of the Jarvis Walker orange "pro pots". At about $20 a throw they are well made and it does not hurt as much if you loose one,
