Just ordered one. Total price including freight to my door in Oz was $860.00.

Can buy a Sth East qld map to go in it from any dealer here for about $260.00

Check around. Some of their not 'specials' gear gets around for a lot cheaper .

dont be surprised if customs chucks their cut on it - be careful, and dont be surprised if your bargain ends up costing you a lot more

You should pay around 5% duty + 10% GST on the item, check with Customs for the exact amounts. This is calculated on the total cost, including shipping.

(860 x 105) x 110 = $993.30

Also check out that you can get warranty on it in Australia. You may have to pay for it to get fixed or send it back to the states to get it repaired under warranty.

Repairs are no problem as I have a contact here in OZ. You can get around the import duty by implying on the paperwork that it is a repair or replacement.

This has nothing to do with the topic but I discovered this ten months ago on the same link.type in LED in the search section and then have a look at the perko and csi led navigation lights.They are unreal.Hope we get these in autralia soon.By the way nice gps combo.

If you get caught doing that you could end up in some real serious trouble and fines from Customs.

I don't know of any legit companies that would be willing to do that when they export a product as they can also be fined. If a company is willing to do this I woudl not be dealing with them.
