Fishing reek maintenamce in MAckay

I have a couple of ABU 6500's a couple of CAlcuttas and 2 or 3 threadline reels that need some professional TLC.


Where is the best place to take the reels to in Mackay? Do any of the shops have a repairer who is swithched on?

I was thinking about sending them to JAck Erskine but there is a 6 week waiting list and I couldnt go without for that long.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Northside Tackle on the way to the harbour were very helpful with some marks & local advice recently.They may be worth a try.
