Weatherproof Jackets

I am looking for a good quality water proof jacket with a hood to wear when needed on my fishing trips. Just wondering what brands and types anyone has and would recommend.

B L A have a couple of top quality jackets. One is called "gulf" and the other is the "cape". Both are pro. quality.

Not sure where you are but I was over at the Salvos in Red Hill, Brisbane on Saturday and they have got a large number of NEW lined spray jackets for $15 each I think. They look as though they have come from a uniform supply shop somewhere and were good quality. Not sure of the size range though.
The good old salvos get their hands on alot of new gear these days and for a bargain which also helps out a good cause.

Xmas time last year they had brand new Brisbane Lions polo shirts ( they were selling these at the ground for around $75) going for $15. Great chrissy presents they made.

RSEA saftey gear shop. They sell a lot of uniforms and work gear. Good choices in waterproof rain jackets for around $25-35.

ive got a burke super dry jacket. cost about $90 and is an awesome jacket. taking sprays in an open tinny all day and you still remain dry. has a great bright yellow hood also

Thanks Phil. I have checked these out on the wetweathergear website and they look good. $120 on the web, which is dearer than you paid. Not sure where else in Rocky I can get them so may have to settle for the web.
