    Making cheap metal lures

Based on someones idea from this site (can't remember who). Costs about $1.10 each using vmc trebles. 90mm length of chrome plated copper pipe weighs about 30grams. Last exam is tomorrow so i'll probably be testing them out next week.

A friend of mine simply just flattens a sinker with a hammer with a trace through the middle before attacking it. He had caught a few fish with it, he theory was as long as it wobbles through the water its all good.

    G'day Jeremy

I make slugs very similar to that.

I finish off both ends with a half moon. I also put a few strips of lead in them before squashing them flat. Keep a few at different weights. Also put some silver prism tape down each side.
