Took my new cast net that had been specially prepared, left soaking in a tub of water to soften it, and went up one of the local creeks today. On the third cast, I caught my first prawn, yes, just the one. Couldn't decide whether to throw it back in or have it stuffed and mounted. Relax guys, I threw it back in. Maybe another day.

Just big enough not to get thru the net. There were half a dozen that jumped thru so #they would have been too small to worry about.
