hey fellas iv been giving it abit of thought and with the holidays coming up and some cash to spend . iv been hoping to get out and have a fish but what has got me thinking is lures!!! when it comes down to it what lures do the trick. bibbed,bibless, skirted???? theres so many chocies and to a young bloke like me its all abit over whelming with all the different types, colours, swimming action, dive depths. ill mainly be fishing for mackerel off caloundra ,kings beach headland and fishing for any thing out wider. at the moment i have some laser pro 160's and 190's a few mack baits iv been thinking about getting a few moldcraft tuff hoos what are your thoughts on these lures. i all so have an asortment of skirted lures from 6" -12" i mainly have smallers lures like moldcraft chuggers and pakula uzi's what kind of trolling speed is best for the skirts iv been told that u have to troll faster using skirts then hard bodies but how much faster do u need to go. any tips or pointers in the right direction would be great
