That's an interesting concept in the tail design there... It's like a normal shad tail (T-Tail), but they've stuck the extended tail fins on as well... They'd vibrate nicely as it swam along! The fins on top and bottom of it would keep it running straight from a side to side point of view, but I couldn't see anything to stop it spinning? Maybe those top/bottom fins would do it....
