Seed blanks are in Australia and you can get them from GCCR Tackle
Try this number 0407378715 I don't know if they have them as ready built rods but they do have the blanks.

Hi Ian,
I am an Australian working in Malaysia, I have seen the blanks and they are great. A mate of mine owns Sabre Tackle KL and Singapore and he imports them direct from Japan. If you need his number let me know, he does overseas shipman.
Also look at fisherman blanks these blanks are the ultimate in jigging rods. Valley Hill uses them and I have one of these rods, very good rods.
