    Tackle shops in Malaysia

    Hi guys. I'll be stopping in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpar) for a few days on my way back from the UK. Are there any tackle shops worth stopping in at?

    Hi Johnny,

    Lived in KL from '92 to '99 and hardly saw any tackle for sale and no dedicated shops, except one up on the Thai border. Not a huge recreational pastime there, since there is a heap of seafood sitting in tanks at numerous seafood resturants.
    Think anyone into it nips down to Singapore for their fishing tackle needs. Some huge shops there I heard and duty free prices as well I think.
