    Slit in Berkely plastics?

    in some of the berkeley soft plastics there are slits on the underside of them. Anyone know why?

    I think it's to run the hook shank up through an dhey a better profile happening, and make it easier to rig.

    Dave may well be right, though i always thought it was to add extra water resistance on the drop to increase the "flutter" the tail has on the way back down.

    Hi AnglerNotDangler,
    You bought a packet of the girl ones. Next time your at the shop ask them for the boy ones. Open the packet when you get home and put them in with the otherones you bought, close the lid of the tackle box and turn out the light. In few days time you should have some smaller soft plastics.

    Good one Orange Ruffy I always wondered how they made soft plastics now I know thats probably why they tell you not to mix them cant have anyone getting free ones
