    Jack lures

    Hi all.
    Can you guys please tell me what you think is the best lure to use for jacks.
    Im hoping to target them as the weather warms up.
    Hoping to get some out of the Maroochy River
    fingers crossed.

    Hey Mate,
    I use the Rapala Huskey Jerks and get a few on them and im gona try the Rapala Xwraps this season.

    I got a few on the 8cm ones which is probly a bit small for the baitcasters but i wasnt casting far with them in the holagraphic green with red chin

    Small gold bombers and any slim profile minnow type HB's 3-5" long. I have found a tighter action rather than a full body rolling action lure works best when casting.

    Howdy Rik,
    Try the Tilsan Bass,(Orange with black strips and a gold scale) and the Prawnstar Jr,Honeypot (Day) and Purple (Night)

    Any gold and green colour will do. Jacks love it
