cast or troll? minnows or metals?
My favourite is Javelin Lazer 35g chrome silver as a casting lure.

Apathy is the enemy
I reckon the rapala magnums are the go.. Only cause the only time i ever caught spanish mackerel was on them at the bomber wrecks in Townsville.. Ended up with 7 fish smallest was 7kg biggest was 11kg.. Apart from that caught a few school mackerel at the beacons at the mouth of the Brissy river by letting small metal slugs sink to the bottom then winding them up like mad.. Hope this helps.. Sean
