    Small deep diving lures

    G'day chaps from the UK
New to your board but thought you might be able to help me.
I need some very deep diving lures (say 10-15 foot on the troll) that are small and tough - I have some Luhr Jensen 'Brush Babies' but would like some lures with a 2.5" to 3" slimmish body design, I don't include the lip in that as it would probably be transparent. I've got loads of small Rapala countdowns but they don't dive like a brush baby does.
What I'm most keen on is a steep dive angle.
I'm asking you guys as I reckon the Aussies make the best, toughest lures available on the market today.
If possible a web address or 'phone number would be appreciated.
    thanks
    Jeremy

Look forward to seeing the pics
Do Tilsen(?) or Killer(?) do any lures that fit the bill?
    Thanks

I'm usually targetting pike, perch and zander in rivers and need a lure that gets down deep quickly. It would also be nice if they had a strong action and a rattle too as a lot of the rivers I fish aern't always as clear as I'd like. I also do a lot of trolling and like to keep lines out as short as possible due to the 'weekend admirals' I have to share rivers with.
Might be fun to try them in the salt for mackeral, bass, pollack, wrasse and such like too. The deeper I can get them the better the chances of success - one day I'm going to have to get me a pair of downriggers .
    regards

are these the type? they are made by halco, and a couple of other makers, why dont you make your own downrigger? very easy to make , there is a threadsome time back on how someone made there,s. they certainly make things easier getting small lures down deep . hubby
