    Max,

I've used the 2lb Platypus Super Braid a fair bit now, and I absolutely love it! I've got it on a little 1500 reel I use for Breaming. Have caught some little GT's on it, and handled it no problems.

The line is very soft, and ties knots very well.

I just respooled up a little overhead I have with 10lb of it, and the casting difference it made was noticeable.

Very happy with the line, and will seriously consider it before most lines nowadays.

    Cheers,
    Dan

P.S - Most lines break higher than their specified breaking strain.

I use 30lb super braid on my spinning, baitcaster and bottom bashing rigs and havent had any problems with it, even caught a 6ft blind shark on it a couple of weeks ago no dramas at all.

I use super braid on my tuna (spinning slug) outfit...

Very soft line and knots really well...

    Thanks boys

Daz, what lb do you use for the tuna ? IM thinking of using 300 yds of 20 or 30 on a light spinning outfit.

    cheers
