    what rig for slow mackeral trolling

    hey guys,

    im going to be doing some makerel fishing from my kayak and wondered what the most suitable rigs are for slow trolling, pics or links to pics would be much appreciated

    6 inches 0f wire to a circle hook continued to a treble at a suitable length to suit the livie,mainline to the swivel,circle hook through the nose,treble up the a#se and troll. (deadly easy)

    that is a standard live bait troll rig, although I use 50 cm rather than 6 inches. But why the circle hook? It ain't like the mackie is gunna swallow the bait!
