    Rigging SP'S FOR Jacks

    Hi all,
does any one have any hints or clues on rigging softies for jack fishing to minimize the amount of snags?
My normal way of rigging up with an exposed hook point on the top of the sp is starting to became a bit costly in lost jig heads.
Are there any type of jig heads that will minimize this?, takeing into account I like to put the sp right into the deepest darkest part of the snag.

    cheers
    Brian

Try using a worm hook with some of that "sticky weight" or a small split shot sinker on it... That way your hook point is concealed, but still there to hook up when the fish bites.

Your hookup rate will drop a bit, but hopefully not too much.

There's also the All Terrain Jigheads by TT Lures which I've used. They also work pretty well.

Also try snake heads by Squidgy. I wouldn;t personally hide the point because jack hits can be few and far between so you want maximum hookup rate.
