Took my daughter out this morning on the water by 6am fished the first couple of hours of the run out, very strong N.E breeze made it a little uncomfortable in the channel so headed into the canal fished here for 1 hour caught and released 5 Flathead the largest at 63cm(caught by my daughter) and finally nailed my first Jack of the season from a bridge pylon at 32cms not a big fish but great to finally nail one after a bit of a drought on these great fish over the past season.
