    What a catch !

    Talking to a mate the other day, and he has told me of a new species in Moreton Bay.

    Out there all day looking fotr Snapper, but alas, nothing happening.

    Decides to pull the anchor, and what a fight he had.

    Finally got the thing on board........




    it was a Shimano Baitcaster and 6ft Ugly stick. Boy they put up a good fight. Appears to have been down there for a short amount of time. In really good nick.

    Now that's a bonus you don't get everyday fishing the bay.

    Phil,
    I lost a Shimano Corsair 300 with white tip rod back in April, it and some other rods went over whilst coming around the point at Macleay during a wild ride home, it that is it please keep it.
