Hit the flats this morning at day break (4.15am) we fished schools of Bonito - mack Tuna - Queenies.
there was some schools of small bonito just turning the water to foam all you needed to do was drive the boat up drop a fly in next to the boat and you where on!
the wind got up around 6.30 so we went on the huge flats inside the river mouth, drifting along the edges of the mangrouves on the white sand chaseing queenies and trev's,spooked a couple of Huge Flathead as well,
home by 9.30am.
we for the record landed 17 fish of the previously mentioned species.(mixed)
