    Broadwater to Currigge

Hi Ausfishers...Jimmy and I headed off early Saturday morning to the Curigge meet and greet and to fish the logs area and also the deep hole......Weather forecast was to be 10 to 15 knots but i think they got it wrong again....more like 20 knots in the arvo's with even stronger Northwest on Sunday around noon.
We fished the logs Saturday morning after leaving from the Sundale bridge ramp #on our way to the Currigge campsite and only scored 2 bream.
Time to see who turned up at the meet and greet.....Jack and jaybee were trying to tie down there tent as we arrived and said #they nearly were blowin away during the night by the gusty northwesters.
It was great to meet some new faces and to chat with the rest of the crew.
Jimmy and i headed back to the logs mid afternoon to set up for a bream session that night.
When we arrived it was boats and more boats...counted 20 all trying to find those logs where the big bream haunt.
Fishing was slow during the night mainly due to the strong current but we managed to dong 20 nice keepers between 28cm and 33cms.
Makes it all worthwhile if you have the patience to sit and wait.
As the dawn came we headed back to the deep hole to watch the sunrise and to count all those ausfish boats tied up on the beach...must have been some night hey guys..lol.
Im sure someone will add more to this post when they can..lol...come on we wan't to know all the details..lol
    2 pics to follow...Cheers #Brent
