gold coast broadwater

i fished the broadwater on tuesday in my 10ft tinnie with a friend and my 5 yr old son,caught bream,flathead,eels,stingray,flounder and one huge pike on fish fillets for a total of 31 fish,not bad for a 6 hours fishing. does any body know what sort of pike it was? it had a head like a croc( heaps of teeth)

sounds like it could have been a grinner rather than a pike.

Was it a Longtom? - long thin jaws with sharp crocodile teeth?

I got busted off by a large one off the sand at the pin, but I have seen them take small lures at about 30cm long.
