We went for a paddle at shorncliffe today from about 1pm onwards in the canoe. Managed 12 bream to 33cm, 3 flathead to 45cm & 1 pike all on 2 inch single tail softplastic grubs.
The incoming tide was running strong in the creek, but we located a spot with a lot of rocks & old oysters along the bottom. The bream were feeding along the bottom ledges in the fast water.
