We left Scarborough at 5.30am 3 onboard (Bear & Boorie) across the bay that resembald more a washing machine about 0.8mtr seas. We got to Coombie and headed north the seas got better but with a 2mtr swell it was still a little bit uncomfortable. Tried some spots on the bottom end of Cal wide and scored some nice Parrot fish, decieded to move further north towards the ledge. The weather and seas dropped to a very nice day on the water and we scored some nice Pearlies, Snapper and Parrot. Started heading home at 2.30pm (65klm to scarborough) as we came in close to Bribie we were rewarded with the sight of 4 whales having a play. All in all a good day I feel.
