Went out yesterday arvo and today to fish my spot just outside the rouse for squire. Had all the good baits and all the good plastics. Sunset came and high tide came, no squire not one not even a 20 cm squire! The moon is pretty full and Iam fishing in around 13 m ?? What is the go? Any ideas ? Must definately have something to do with the moon as last week we were catching alot of squire on exactly the same spot, this time we could only catch a shitload of trumpeters ? small green striped things that plague the bay. I wonder ? I came into wello point tonight and caught 3 squire in 5 m of water straight away on plastics ? THis is puzzling me!

do you know where crab creek is bazz? if you leave whyte island turn left into the river and fish right on the 7 mtr contour.
