Maroochydore Friday

ventured up Eudlo creek on maroochy for a bream session, had Luke onboard (murrayscod) and decided to fish the snags.. i had the flyrod, he has the plastic flick stick and the challenge was on.. i was using a lime green over blue/white clouser and he was using a emerald shiner dropshot minnow.. drifting down the creek using the leccy to keep our position.. i picked off 2 bream, 2 flathead and a 1 small tailor, luke got 2 flattys and a bream.. then sneaked around the corner to petrie creek and Luke managed another small flatty.. after that we called it quits.. not too bad for a 5hr session.. bit better then what it has been..

heres some picts from yesterdays efforts.. mainly a bait soak for Luke and his neighbour Ian, but while it was just us he scored 2 bream and 2 flattys.. i scored a flatty and 2 slimey mackeral on the long wand

yeh.. bit of infection in that fish, looked like it was a few weeks old, it was healing up quite nicely.. fish will be fine!
