If you have a boat and you are heading up this way, never leave it at home. There are so many places you can go even if the wind does come up. as the guys have said, the options for boating and fishing is unlimited.

Make sure your flares are in date and you have life jackets and safety gear as the police have been out checking, especially on those beautify calm sunny days (weekends mainly). I have seen them check a few people and after a while they pull up anchor and head for home so they must have been caught short and sent home by the police.
