You still use floaters in that deeper country.... I have ahad a lot of luck up to about 70 meters, but haven't fished much deeper then that anyway.... What rig do you use out wider....

Blue rogue, only use the noster rig on the deck winches , and the boat is a 7m Markham Dominator (cat).

floaters usually dont sink down far enough, but if you wont to pick up the odd cobia,mahi etc etc its good to have one out. i fish with braid onto a long mono leader and a10 ball with 7o mustard 7766 ganged...foxy
