Re: fishing morton
Not many will give up there prized spots, me included. Try talking to a tackle shop owner or follow the fishing reports on this site. 29s off south passage have been doing fine lately but beware of the notorius south passage. Any of the sections of reef off west side of moreton and peel are good for a feed of bottom dwellers and pearl and northern bay shipping channels are worth checking for surface activity. Not much help but hope it gets you started.

Re: fishing morton
Basser,,, Where did you get them from? I know on the net, but just that the inside spots are northern bay and these do not tend to show up much on gps listings on internet sites. Adnd none were southern bay.
Had a look at 3 of them so far. 2 did not show any structure of bottom change so did not stop and fish them, but 1 of them did and I picked up a 38cm squire in the middle of the afternoon. Would be interesting to see how it goes at night.

Re: fishing morton
I tried the spots also. It seeps the hump has no hump (or fish) near. The old barge seems to have no barge anywhere (slited or not). The wreck did have some structure and activity(seems to be marked with a small float, anyone know why? or is it for a fisherman without gps.) And cod bay seemed to have small amount activity also. To busy chasing those macks around for a bit of fun instead of giving the bottom a serious go.
