I would like to get a fishing report from Victoria. I dont think that is too much to ask. Anywhere,- I dont care. I feel very intimidated by you banana benders. Us Victorians ( remember us- we started Aussie rules ) are not a bad bunch of people. To any Victorians out there, STAND and BE COUNTED -- BE PROUD, and give me that fishing report. I want to be able to sleep soundly at night, knowing full well, when I wake in the morning, there will be a VICTORIAN FISHING REPORT for me to read. the only time a victorian can post a decient fishin report is when they are on holidays up here annoying us.Also from my expreiences they are unable to operate a steering wheel,indicator,and brake pedal at the same time so i reccon all the keys would be to much for them.

I certainly wouldn't make that any claim to fame...it was an activity started to keep cricketers fit in the off season..but...Vics being Vics, they had to turn it into something to amuse themselves with during those bleak miserable southern winters.

As for a fishing report..where from? The only river in the world where all the crap floats on top?

I do have to admit..the Vics that have moved up here have a bit more sense than those that stay down there..at least they realised there is somewhere better and relocated.

Ice on the lake too thick today, couldn't break through. Went and played AFL.

You are not the first, and certainly will not be the last to put up a post after having the one or two too may. Some of the more amusing posts probably start out that way but nobody admits it. Not that I have ever done it. Reminds me of when I was young and half p!##$d.

Actually, had one of those "oh my god did I say and do that!!" a couple of saturday nights ago.

I hope you get that report. Though may be sprousing about cricket scores of 25cm flatties. Reminds me of a relative from Vic that came up a few months ago and nearly cried when I threw back his 39cm flattie.

ok heres a victorian fishing report.

Went fishing on port phillip bay today and although it is december it was bloody cold.

The fish were on the bite but and we had a great time hauling in 2 flatties in the first 5 hours.

Then the snapper came on and we bagged 2 legals in the next 8 hours.

Great day out and i just hope the hot action continues as it was today.

Hi Nomad,
Would be good to get some reports from Vic. I've never even been down there let alone fished there. I'd also like to hear how, what, when etc.
I aint gonna buy into the footy codes thing. I've played em all 'cept soccer. AFL, league, union, gridiron; all different, all challenging in their own way.
