    Hi Dale ,
We'll have to get the pair of Allisons out into this Macky action .
All we need is for the wind to p#ss off one of these weekends so that we can get out . >

    Dale - No wire

Just tie straight onto main line and dont bother with a mono leader anymore. Just crank that reel and bite offs will be minimal. 2 for 23 is a good enough strikerate for me

    Cheers

yea it was good to meet greg and put face to name.

suppose i betta own up,i had a fair dinkum shocker .the day started out bad when the gps gave up the ghost,so after 30 min floating round the passage trying to fix it decided to give up.went straight to the m1 then the birdcage then nw10 for zilch then on the way back to the m1 stopped and watched some birds sniffing around and saw a couple of small bonito chop up so decided to continue on.turns out that where greg musta nailed the schoolies latter on .
so went over and had a go at curtain for some small squire and then back out the markers and fished them all from the m3 back to the birdcage for jack $hit.
i did see one mighty fine rooster tail cut threw a school of long tails that where lolling about in the glassy conditions but they sounded before i could get a shot at them.
    cheers for now
