The Bay Sat/Nite

Left raby 3pm with jeff (propdinger) and cameron to a placid bay and it only got better, which was good more water to us.
The brew-man supplied the black cans which went down well.
Started off in rainbow and then when thereabouts.
First on board was a nice grass tuskie, then a monster morwong for the neighbour.
Tried a few slugs on some macks but too quick for us.
Then on dusk the squire came on board, kept the ones we wanted and threw the other 100 undersize back plus some grassies.
Jeff and cameron had to find the only 2 grinners in the bay , and of course jeff found a shark.
But he redemmend himself later, with a 42cm grassies the best ive seen for awhile, so the grassies are showing up, you just have to find them.
Cameron tried to repaint my rig, with fresh squid ink >
Saw a few dickheads out their, one screaming along at 100+ and no lights >, the other dropping his anchor and thinking forward was reverse ran straight over the rope .
I see somewherr on this board about "Your own Space", well we were the only rig along a section of reef, when out of the moon lite waters 3-4 other boats appearred only to anchor right on top of us > , must be something about red boats
Back to raby by the stroke of midnite, with a 35kt wake on a glazed out bay.

Good work webby...Looks like the snapper are still out there somewhere! Suprised you didnt get any big fellas for this time of year! Still a nice haul for the bay and being inbetween seasons for fishing!

hi all ,nice feed you got there webby.those tusk fisf(parrot)are very nice chewing indeed.i hope the sweeties are going to show up soon as wello can produce some nice ones at times.

G/ day brian some nice fish in the bin and thats one damm big mother-in-law fish, i just didnt get sorted all week end i was going sat nite then sun morn then sun mid morn, then not at all too busy trying to please the family , ill be twice as keen next week end. PS kept lookin outside all nite thinkin will i or wont i DOH !
