Mixed bag from macleay island
Myself and a neighbour decided to head out to coochie/macleay for an allniter on sunday night, with light winds for a change.
Anchored in about 7 metres with a run out tide, and the bite period was great going from about 6 till 9 p.m, with some squire and sweetlip in the esky.
Tide changed to run in, so pulled the pick and moved in close for the night , with a few more squire and some better than average bream being caught.
After a few laughs and a few scotches that warm fuzzy felin kicked in so tried to have a power nap until dawn.......

Then the mozzies swarmed in......
in the ears, around the feet, up your nose, if there was even a cm of bare skin available they found it..... oh yeah someone forgot the repellant
anyway total tally was 8 squire from 35cm to 42cm, 5 bream, and three grassies.
regards darren
