mate that's all we could get in the boat as went to hutchies whioch had a red tide hapenning and no pelagics so came back in and fished for tuna, spotties and the odd whoo and trev under neath. hope you get something I may still head out this arvo as the guy I took had a lot of trouble standing on the front casting deck even though the water was like glass. I ran out of slugs again as he snapped off while casting about ten times plus I snapped off on fish 3 times due to me being lazy and running main line to lure. at least I didn't loose $150 worth of lure like last weekend.
rob,
we found a school busting up the surface just off bribie. about 3 chased my slug to the boat and were never to be seen again. plenty of mack tuna though
Scott

Nice catch MM,
We were out there Saturday and came across a few schools half way between Redcliffe and Tangalooma. Result was 3 dropped fish and 7 lost slugs > all in a frenzied half hour session which was all that we had on board. So we had to settle for drifting baits around the beacons near Bulwer and Tangas for no luck. A cracker of a day though
Damo.
We saw plenty of surface action near the M8 coming back from Tangas late Saturday afternoon about 6:30. Had to get back, so I didn't stop for a cast.
Was good weather for a scoot across the bay rob, once again nice fish [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]. That boat of yours must be a permanant blood bath lmao, hate to be your cleaning lackey
