Caught this little guy yesterday arvo in the spot Moffy and Brett got theirs a few nights ago. Turns out it was part of the fish that were stocked in the Inlet back in December 02. Only went 48 cm and when released was already 31.5 cm. Bill Sawynok from DPI said reports were coming in of Barra from this lot going 60 cm. Nealry got another one 10 seconds earlier although it could have been the same one. Missed a flathead another 10 seconds earlier lifting it into the boat. All hit prawns under a float. A pretty hot bite with a few Barracuda around and lots of Bream. Another boat near us lost one, caught one Bream then lost their rod pulling up anchor (he wasn't happy).
