Last 2 trips to mermaid have resulted in an empty esky. are there still maks around, haven't fished palm beach before is it much further heading from the seaway. only fishing from a tinney, 50 hp 4.5m ally craft so we can't venture too far.
i get an rdo every two weeks so the car park at palm beach is not an issue over the week end
and the fishing it phenomonal, especially just out past the reef's couple of great gutters, since by boat got flogged i've been champing at the bit to get out there, soon, good luck

even cruising up the currumbin creek entrance or talley creek will net you some really nice bream, jack, flatty's etc, if you ever want a guide i'm more than happy to offer my services
