    A Quick Flick - Southport

Headed to Southport today for a picnic with my lovely wife. After a feed of fresh seafood I thought I would have a quick flick with the SP's around the boat ramp on The Spit just past Seaworld. I only fished for about 20 minutes but managed to land a 38cm flathead (released). I am glad my wife suggested I put the rod in the car.

    Regards

    Chris

Jeff- all those fishless hours spent casting are starting to pay dividends.

Ben- agreeing to stop at the belgian chocolate factory on the way to the coast certainly helped.
