We didn't run out of beer, the trip was for 7days 19-23 july the weather was very fishable on the first day, and we fished from the dories on the second day and by late that day the weather had turned to shit. the skipper did a great job of getting us onto some fish and getting us back safely, the trip that usually takes 14 hrs. to return to Gladstone took 18hrs. due to the conditions, it was very ruff, only one of the crew got a little sick the rest of us just held on the best we could,the boat handled the conditions extreamly well, we were all glad to get back on firm land after 18 hrs of a hammering.

Holy crap what a shitty run home, if only you had of gone this week Pretty workable behind the reefs but when your in those straits the swell is shocking. Looks like you got some nice fish though did you land many Spaniards out there . Good to see Dan and Wally put you onto them, some nice piccies there and at least the beer never ran out ..mmmmmmmmm......... keg beer, now thats given me an idea [smiley=idea.gif] for next years trip. Well done.
