Still didn't get my big snapper but put a good feed of Pearlies, Trag and Snappery Squire. Great day out and the afternoon got better with a 30 knot run home at 4pm.

My outboard got molested by a largish bronze whaler on the way back when I stopped at the huge bait balls at the 14 mile mark Wasnt lucky enough to get a sail like some

Another nice haul Wayne, were you guys at the northern end aswell?. Obviously you guys were fishing a little deeper with 8-10 balls?

Some great phtos there mate - I look like I'm actually trying there. We really had a purple patch on that drift ground.

I took some photos of you but they didn't come out to well.

It was good to see the regulars out there and it's great to actually learn some things from these guys that treat the banks as a second home.

Greg - I didn't know that was you but both Brooksy and I were commenting on your boat. You should have come over for a chat - we needed the break from catching fish. I can take no credit for the sail
