    Geday shut_up_and_fish ,
The only way that I know is to do the photo's one at a time .
You do that by replying to your topic .
You have to do it by Tabing on to thr reply box at the bottom of your post .
This is above the Quick Reply Box .
The Quick Reply Box doesnt give you the option of adding a photo .

    Hope this helps

I was having a debate with a mate last night on bulweir .I have fished it once , and cannot recall there being any reef / wreck structure out off the the ledge , just the wreck up in the shallows .
Is this right ? ..looks like only sand from my soundings ....i always guessed they passed through that area and had a quick look for bait schools whislt swiming from outside down through to the curtain and visa versa ...

BILLO.........have only chased the snapper inside myself for the last 18mths but my mate that i go with has been going to the same spot every year for the last 5-10 yrs and catching these size fish....he used to work at bulwer and was put onto it by the locals.........no structure as such just the rubble bottom and he burleys pretty hard and can wait some time for just the one fish as we did when i got my first 7.5kg snapper and let me tell you it is worth the wait.......i was debating this with him last nite about where they are coming from and i guess these guys must just live in the deep holes and ledges in the channel and come out feeding in the rubble......diver friends have told us that they regularly see evidence of where these guys have been feeding causing huge pits in the bottom like craters and i guess this is why they get those ugly melons on some of them.....am i thinking right along those lines??????

That was my theory on bulweir ....not a location they will gather and hang out ...just a through fare more or less ..didn't know there was rubble...What depth are we talking of ?.. as i said , i really have not fished it .
Just moved to Bribie from the south side, so i will be wanting to fish the area a bit ,...no idea what the best spot is between that , the curatin and other locations in the northern bay when it comes to snapper and cobes .

Will be keen to hook up with a few lads fishing off Bribie for sure !

about 25m water.......as i am sworn to secrecy about the landmarks i will just say south of bulwer wrecks and north of curtain........my mate has never landed a cobia there but thats not to say they wouldnt pass through from time to time i reckon...........trying to get out with him on another trip in about 4 weeks........he has left today to america.......get in touch via email with me around that time.........i am trying to get him to take a run outside so if you know of any hotspots a trade could be on the cards........

i wouldn't say have any hot spots .....haven't done a lot of bottom bashing , but keen too ...usually just chasing pelagics and trolling offshore around the cape and up to hutchies

I am only in a 4.35 tinny ....but no dramas getting out and about anywhere on a good day !

we travel in a 8m custom craft........sleeps six......beautiful boat.........it would be worth yr while putting in the time around bulwer and even tangalooma wrecks have turned up some quality and variety of fish but no snapper in the same league as these........pelagics oftem haunting around the wrecks and the odd cod and plenty of good size bream if nothing else..........gotta get back to that thing they call work..........tackle hard and see you out there
