Went to the pin a week ago and only caught 2 choppers and small bream. Any tips for when I go this Thursday? Ill be there from thursday afternoon till the next day. High tide will be round 8 thursday night and 8 friday morning i think. Looking for school jew, tailor, trevally.... anything but bream and whiting

Just the question I was going to ask, thanks for putting up the post bo_sawyer. It was actually the first time for me down around the Pin area today, put the boat in at Jacobs Well and went down around the Pin area, Tiger Mullet Channel, mouth of the Logan River and back again. I couldn't of picked a worst day, the wind nearly blew me back to Brisbane. Anyway, caught squat but it was good having a look around, it certainly is a nice area and will return on another day, hopefully when its a bit calmer.
