Midweek Sneaky to Murphys Reef
went out for another bash.. with the weather looking perfect.. we had to give it a shot.. so out for the half hour run to Murphies.. then an hour or 2 to look around for some new territory, again i was decky on the SS Mackmauler and we got stuck into the fish.. AGAIN... started off with cobes again.. then small yellowtail kingys started moving in with baby amberjacks.. after we had some fun with cobes around the 10-15kg size range we went off to look for some pearl perch.. we bagged out on them.. (Go Chemmy) and bagged out on snapper again.. Rob also managed a nice sweetlip after dark.. i also managed to score a nice little Aj.. which r my favorite fish!
