    Upper Logan River

We all know how great the mouth of the Logan River is for fishing.
What I would like to know about is the upper reaches of the Logan River.
I crossed the bridge near Logan House last week and the river seemed alive.
Lots of ripples on top of the water.
Does any one here go fishing in the upper parts of the river?
    What do you catch there?

Havent been up the river that far in years, use to get some good muddies, however, around waterford, they are still getting a feed of flathead, whiting, the odd jew so i am told. Oh btw if in the boat, be on the look out for floaters whilst travelling. (dead cows)
    cheers
