Great fish and congrats on your first. The old meridians are a very underrated lure. I personally think they are some of the best value lures around, and certainly one of the best finished. I think the colour you caught it on is a "pheonix".
You have to love your first of anything, by billfish seem so much more special.

I just got to read the report this morning as i got some shut eye last night. I think its a bloody good fish , it seemed a little smaller out there .
