Snuck out for a quick fish today down on the flats at the mouth of the Pine river ( where sandersons boat hire used to be)
Fishing with 3 and 4 inch berkley power minnows in pearl/watermelon on 1/6 jig heads on the last half of the runout tide we managed to land 4 flathed and 1 bream for an enjoyable couple of hours of easy fishing. Sadly 3 of the flatties were undersize but the one we kept went 50cm and the bream was 30cm.
