The River , Friday 07/10

Threw the net last night , prospecting for prawns. It was dead low so I was not expecting much. Got a couple of small greasies, and some reasonable sized poddies & herring.
so I swam the livies under a pontoon and near some pilons to see what was about, & also in various spots around the rock bars ,( cameron rocks area ) No takes except for a small eel that released itself before I could turn it into sharkbait( I was desperate to get something on the end of a line)
OH WELL!! Fishin Dan & and I are planning a jack session sunday maybe well get lucky.
